Form partnered with Kantaka to roll out five new restaurant branches across the Kingdom in only two months, managing the complete process from design through to execution.
The challenge was to maintain brand consistency while tailoring each space to its specific site conditions, all under an accelerated program.
Our scope covered concept design, detailed drawings, and material selection, followed by complete execution of the front-of-house and back-of-house fit-outs.
This included partitions, ceilings, flooring, custom joinery, and decorative finishes, along with full MEP coordination for kitchens, ventilation, grease management, and fire life safety systems.
Daily QA/QC inspections and strict HSE supervision kept the fast-track rollout safe, compliant, and snag-free. By standardizing design elements and leveraging value engineering, we were able to optimize time and cost without compromising the guest experience or brand identity.
The result: five operational branches handed over on schedule, each reflecting Kantaka’s unique dining concept while providing staff with efficient, functional back-of-house layouts. A showcase of Form’s ability to deliver high-quality, multi-location F&B projects at speed.
